Supported by

Guest Speaker – Jimmy Gittins

We will be joined  by guest speaker Jimmy Gittins, a powerful motivational speaker, mental fitness advocate, and former rugby league player whose story inspires audiences to overcome adversity and achieve their goals.

Before his life-changing injury in 2002, Jimmy successfully ran a construction company with his family alongside his rugby career. After suffering a serious neck injury that ended his playing career, Jimmy spent nine months in hospital rebuilding his life. Unable to return to his previous career, he turned adversity into opportunity pushing the boundaries of what is possible, completing incredible challenges including becoming only the second person in history to hand-cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats in a record 11 days.

With a passion for mental health, resilience, and the power of mindset, Jimmy shares his journey of determination, positivity, and overcoming limitations.
