Recognising excellence and achievement in plastering and interior trades
Entry into the 2026 Training Awards is now open! The closing date for entries is 31 July 2026.
The Training Awards are a collaboration between FIS and the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers to recognise achievement and excellence in the plastering and interior fit-out sector. Held annually, the winners of this year’s awards will be announced and presented at the Training Awards Lunch on 24 November 2026 at Plaisterers Hall in London. The event provides an opportunity to celebrate the winners and provide a networking occasion for like-minded individuals to come together.
The awards recognise:
- The achievement of apprentices
- Students who have exceeded expectations
- The delivery of training by colleges and training providers
- Training delivery by an FIS member company
- Contributions to the development of skills and long term future of Fibrous and GRG plasterwork (supported by Formula)
- Mentors and others who have supported sector training
- Lifetime contribution to sector training

About the AwardsThe awards comprise of eight categories. All entries are judged by a panel of industry experts. There is also a Lifetime Contribution to Training Award. |
