Standard Terms and Conditions - Client Order

The Client Order and associated guidance note ims to address the most common issues FIS members  currently encounter in a pro-active and commercial manner.  It is intended for use between the Contractor and an Employer (Client), where the Contractor wishes to contract on its own terms, and has not been provided with a contract by the Employer.

This Guidance is also available for members subjected to heavily amended standard form contracts to help highlight risks and contrast with more reasonable clauses that could be proposed as an alternative.
