FIS has introduced a new legal advice service in partnership with Womble Bond Dickinson. Members will have access to free advice from Kara Price, a lawyer within its specialist construction team. In addition to telephone advice, members can forward documents for review. The service is designed to give members access to expert written advice which will allow them to make the informed decisions they need to make about their business.

FIS members can ring the dedicated helpline number to receive up to 60 minutes of free advice per query.

The helpline is available to all FIS members and calls will be taken from 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We contacted the free FIS contractual and legal helpline in relation to the review of two Subcontractor Collateral Warranties.
