FIS Contractors Awards
The FIS annual awards promote and encourage high levels of craftsmanship in the finishes and interiors sector.
The awards aim to promote and encourage high levels of craftsmanship in the finishes and interiors sector. All contracts entered are visited by two award judges; the architect or interior designer of the winning contracts will also receive an award. The Awards are open to any FIS member with contractual responsibility for the project.
The awards winners are announced at our annual Awards Lunch in London in June.
The winners of the 2019 Contractors Awards were announced at the Awards Lunch on Tuesday 4 June. See who won here!!
Due to the effects of COVID-19, we announced that we will not be proceeding with the Awards Lunch in 2020. The event will now be held on 10 June 2021.
The 2020 awards have been judged but not announced, therefore we will be reopening the awards and extending the project completion date of the existing scheme to give members who may wish to enter a project and haven’t already done so the opportunity to enter. The awards will be branded the 2021 awards rather than 2020.
If you have a project that you are proud of that was completed between 1 November 2018 and 31 March 2020, then now is your chance to enter. Categories and eligibility of entry remain the same and full details are available here.
The 2022 awards will have a project completion date of 1 April 2020 to 31 October 2021, rather than the normal 1 November 2020 to October 2021 date. After that hopefully we can revert to normal.
Winners will be announced at the FIS Awards Lunch on 10 June 2021 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
