Addressing the skills shortage in construction
FIS and The Skills Centre are excited to launch new bootcamps aimed at addressing the growing skills shortage in construction, and specifically in the finishes and interiors sector.
These intensive, hands-on training programmes are designed to equip individuals with the critical skills needed to meet our industry demands. The bootcamps will provide practical experience, industry-relevant knowledge, and career support; helping bridge the gap between talent supply and employer needs.
By offering these programmes, FIS and The Skills Centre will be supporting workforce development, foster career growth, and boost the talent pipeline in key occupations within the sector.
In this webinar, Sam Downton of The Skills Centre and Beena Nana, FIS Head of Skills explain the detail of these bootcamps and how employers can get involved.
