Terms and Conditions of membership:

• The company understands the FIS Associate Membership criteria and agrees to be bound by the Association’s Code of Conduct and Memorandum and Articles of Association.

• It accepts that subscriptions are reviewed annually and membership renewal is automatic, unless three months’ written notice has been given.

• It accepts that membership is not transferable to another company.

• It accepts that should the company not be accepted for membership, that the decision of FIS is final and acknowledges that it may re-apply in the future.
