Who installs the access panel, who prepares the opening. This part of a package will typically fall to the drylining contractor or the carpentry and joinery contractor and may even see responsibilities split. Installation is certainly covered in the core qualifications for both trades, but there remains confusion and problems can arise both in the installation and design detailing.
