The Project

The Woodland View School Project aimed to provide children and young people from ages 2- 18 from across East Dunbartonshire with a facility that would be both practical and stimulating to aid pupils with a broad range of additional support needs.
Veitchi Interiors was contracted by McLaughlin & Harvey to Supply & Install the Metsec SFS and carry out the Full Internal Fit Out package on this new £33 million school.
Veitchi Interiors supplied and installed over 2,300m2 of SFS on this school and completed works on the external walls from the internal linings all the way through to the brick tie channels. There was also some large challenging rooflights on this build that were formed in SFS.
A variety of ceilings were installed on this project such as Linear Timber Ceilings, Acoustic Ceiling Rafts, and large perforated plasterboard feature bulkheads.
There was over 12,000m2 of various types of partitions and linings installed and nearly 300no. Laminate Doors.
