The Project

OCL Facades Ltd were contracted by Berkeley Homes to carry out and complete the supply and installation of the drywall package to Blocks A, E & F at West End Gate.

Situated moments from the prestigious neighbourhoods of Marylebone and Little Venice, bocks A, E & F at West End Gate consist of 404 residential apartments, concierge, private cinema, pool, gym and spa areas, plus 2 stunning penthouses which sit 29 storey’s above street level.

OCL’s scope included all partitions [standard and curved], linings, suspended ceilings, bulkheads, blind boxes, lighting coffers [excluding the GRG elements in common areas], internal breather membranes and the supply and installation of Selo riser doors.
