The Project
Refurbishment of Ground floor office space to create a modern vibrant office space for leading cosmetics brand We Are Luxe. The design was created by G53 Architects in conjunction with the client to bring a modern and vibrant feel creating an inviting and comfortable workspace.
Glazed Screens: – To achieve the high acoustic rating required the screens consisted of 14.8mm acoustic laminated glass with full height timber doors integrating acoustic seals.
Ceiling Rafts: – Two separate designs of bespoke ceiling rafts were designed and created to achieve the unique look and feel created by G53 architects. Firstly, the Hanging QIC Mesh ceiling tiles factory finished in 2 unique colours laid into ceiling grid finished in the same unique colours. Secondly bespoke timber rafts were designed and built to balance the lighting and furniture layout with all timbers spray finished to match the other ceiling rafts.
Bespoke Kitchen: – A mixture of existing and new units were integrated together and again to match in with the look and feel of the office these units were finished on site to give the architects desired look and feel. Solid surface worktops were installed to help fulfill the architects design along with giving a durable works surface.
