David Andrews Heritage was privileged to contribute to the restoration of this historic and iconic building.
We preserved the historic integrity of the heritage rooms using traditional lath and lime plaster substrates and finishes.
Our skilled team completed work to both flat and curved surfaces within the prestigious spiral staircase areas.
We also restored wall surfaces damaged or distorted by general wear and tear and the M&E upgrade, preparing them to receive specialist finishes.
