The Project
The Chancery Rosewood is a high-end seven-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair, transformed from the former American Embassy.
Working from Mivan’s design intent, we developed practical manufacturing and installation solutions to deliver intricately perforated GRG panels to replicate the building’s original heritage design. Manufactured by our associate business, Simplicity, the panels were produced to precise square dimensions. To ensure a perfect fit and achieve a seamless finish, our team carefully aligned the panels, paying extra attention to the perforations.
This level of precision was also required in the junior suites, where the Dia Grid installations required exceptional attention to detail to keep them consistent. In the presidential suites, we constructed both large and small bespoke lighting troughs, using specialist tools to achieve a premium finish.
This project represents some of the most detailed and technically demanding work we have delivered. Our team’s expertise, attention to detail and commitment to precision ensured every element was installed to the highest standard, reflecting the quality that defines our business.
