The Project
Our scope consisted of new build residential, refurb residential to existing building, retail units and a school.
The installation of drylining to partitions, party walls, wall linings, M/F ceilings, tape and jointing and plastering to 34 luxury apartments within the refurb element and 154 new build luxury apartments across four blocks A, B, C and D in the new build element.
Within the school and retail units, works consist of installation of drylining to partitions, wall linings, M/F ceilings, suspended laying grid ceilings, plastering, tape and joint and mist coat.
