The Project
West Drylining and Facades delivered three blocks of luxury apartments with stunning views of the English channel. Each block was meticulously designed to maximise the stunning views from a prominent position on the Kent coastline. The development consisted of three blocks ranging from four to six storeys in height. The company delivered the design, manufacture and install of SFS infill to RC frame and three load bearing structures providing penthouses with huge roof top terraces with bris solei. It also delivered the drylining and screeding packages to the highly specified apartments. The coastal weather proved challenging at times but all three blocks were delivered on budget and programme.
