Publicis Sapient, London
The Project
The Publicis Sapient project at Turnmill Street, London, sets a benchmark in creating a sustainable, people-centred workspace that promotes collaboration and inclusivity. Spanning 46,000 sq ft across four floors, the design supports diverse working styles and needs. Our team focused on in-situ refurbishment, integrating pre-existing layout features to minimise waste. We introduced destination areas such as a barista bar, library spaces, and a vibrant lounge, enhancing community connection and informal interactions. A bright blue staircase doubles as a wayfinding tool and design focal point, crafted to support neurodiverse users through distinct colour cues. Partnering with our sister company, Platfform, we sourced furniture made from recycled materials, such as the HÅG Tion task chairs. We implemented biophilic elements like plants and timber finishes that support air quality and employee wellbeing. Acoustic treatments using Baux panels ensure a calm environment suited to varied work styles. This project goes beyond aesthetic appeal to demonstrate Publicis Sapient’s values of environmental responsibility and inclusivity with a functional and inspiring workspace.
