The Project

One Port Street is a landmark residential development comprising 477 luxury apartments and extensive communal facilities in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.

Our company was responsible for delivering the complete drylining package, from commencement through to final completion, across this prestigious development.

The project presented a significant undertaking, combining the scale of a major residential scheme with the detailed finishing requirements of a premium development.

Our works formed an integral part of the construction process, requiring close coordination with the building’s ceilings, plastering, SFS and firestopping installations, which also formed part of our wider specialist package.

The entry will showcase the quality and consistency of workmanship achieved across the development, with particular attention to partition construction, internal linings, detailing and the interfaces between different systems.

Through the successful delivery of this extensive package, the project provides an opportunity to demonstrate the specialist skills and craftsmanship involved in creating high-quality residential interiors.
