The Project
The iconic One Nine Elms, also known as the Park Hyatt, redefines London’s skyline with its grandeur and sophistication. Standing 42 stories tall, the flagship project sets a new standard for luxury hospitality. The hotel features 173 exclusive rooms, a luxurious spa, grand ballroom, and sophisticated clubhouse restaurant, offering an immersive experience of comfort and elegance.
Titan Interior Solutions was entrusted with delivering high-quality drylining works across the hotel rooms and podium levels. Valued at £8.2 million, this project for client R&F Properties Development, with Multiplex as the main contractor, involved partition installations, MF ceilings, bespoke GRG moldings, pattresses, and precision Builder’s Work in Connection (BWIC).
Despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic, Titan Interior Solutions demonstrated innovation, adaptability, and unwavering commitment. Their expertise ensured the architectural vision came to life, creating a stunning, resilient structure that now stands as a symbol of luxury, quality, and craftsmanship.
