The Project
One Blackfriars is a 50 storey tower, consisting of 273 luxury residential apartments, a deluxe ground floor lobby and three basement levels with resident facilities. Conneely Drylining was awarded the internal fit out of floors 3-45 to supply and install metal stud partitions and ceilings with a full skim finish. The project had a number of details including, bulkheads, pre-formed GRG/Fibrous nitrous/coffers and interfaces with ski ramp details, these were achieved with high attention to detail along with regular meetings with our client and manufacturers. The project was a constructed to a 6 star quality as part of Berkeley Group’s high rise marquee development, in order to achieve this a five stage sang process was carried out to achieve high quality standards.
