The Project
Valko Construction adds another feather to its cap with its recent Drylining works to the 85 exquisite residences at The Old War Office. With intricate details every nook and corner, and astonishing craftmanship, Valko Construction carried out all the Drywall, partitioning and ceiling install with a creative flair. As a company, we are privileged to be part of the biggest single phase residential opening of 2023. A building which has witnessed monumental and key historical moments, it was imperative to maintain the grandeur and originality of the building whilst creating eighty five residences that are to sell at m2 rates beating the worlds market.

4. Install of all Bulkheads
5. Install of all Wall Mounted Grilles, Coffers, Curtain Tracks
6. Install of all Pattressing within Partitions
7. Install of all Pattressing – Pendants, Chandeliers, and Ceiling fixtures
8. Install of all Shadow Gap Trims, Staircases
9. Install of all Fireplaces Walling
