The Project
Nine storey (including basement) shell and core office building. Offices and retail units on the ground floor, levels 1 to 8 an open office floor plate with backs of toilets east and west of the central core. Titan have built risers to all levels, liner walls to all levels, toilet cores to al levels, Acoustic ceilings on levels ground and level 1, and grid ceilings on all levels. Clay plaster finish to walls in the reception and basement shower rooms.
Scope of Works
- Internal party walls, partitions & linings
- Sacrificial board layer and forming of recessed skirting detail
- Linings to external walls (curtain walling & precast concrete panels), mixture of gypliner, 60 I 70 stud lining, and hybrid system with both to allow for intumescent expansion zone for beams. VCL by facade contractor
- MF ceilings to general areas
- Rockfon Blanka planks to GF offices
- Thermatex acoustic planks to superloos on each floor core
- Tape and joint finish to walls (SFS walls to external)
- 2x layers of soffit slab to basement and GF
- Access panels
- Pattressing
- Buildersworks
- Beam encasements (Glasroc)
- Bulkheads/feature bulkheads
- Blindboxings fixed with Zbar
- Clayworks plaster
- ROCKFON ceiling in reception area
