The Project
Monk Bridge was a 665-home development, being constructed on behalf of Highline Investments, and saw the creation of five new blocks varying from 12 to 22 storeys in height, in the heart of Leeds city centre. Accommodation is a a private rental scheme and includes one, two and three-bed apartments. The Main Contract Value for Galliford Try is £105m and started in September 2020.
