The Project

Paragon has created a flexible modern space that allows people to work successfully, enables exceptional client outcomes, and promotes positive health and wellbeing.
The focus has been on the creation of a fantastic new workplace for Mattioli Woods’ employees whilst also adding significant value through the sky lounge and ground floor Business Lounge in terms of the local business community and client attraction and retention.
We were keen to ensure that the Mattioli Woods brand was echoed subtly throughout the entire office and took inspiration from the tree-lined avenue of New Walk to commission a steel façade with a pattern that echoes the effect of dappled light and nature, creating a striking and intriguing feature. The natural theme continues with an overall palette that creates a feeling of serenity in both colour and textures.
We are proud to say that we have delivered on Mattioli Woods’ mission to create a workplace that enables them to drive exceptional customer outcomes by bringing the business together. We are also very proud to have delivered this project with a flair and passion for excellence that has created an iconic new home for a client, workforce and city that richly deserves it.
