Manchester Town Hall
The Project
It has been a distinct privilege to heavily involved with the restoration and transformation of Manchester Town Hall, one of the city’s most significant cultural and civic landmarks. A Grade 1 listed masterpiece originally opened in 1877, the building demands a level of stewardship that can only be fully appreciated through firsthand experience.
Spanning eight floors and encompassing over 800 rooms, the project required a meticulous balance between modern functional standards and the preservation of historic fabric. Navigating the immense logistical complexities and heritage constraints, our team delivered unsurpassed quality across every interface—from the protection of original exposed beams to the installation of high-performance glazed systems and specialist plastering. This project represents a benchmark in heritage construction, successfully revitalizing an iconic asset for future generations of visitors and users.
