The Project
Errigal Contracts worked on this magnificent development for Westfield Europe Ltd at Stratford, London.
The scope included the design, supply and installation of 24,000m2 of SAS 330 ceilings on 13 office floors, which also included the drylining and partitions to all the core risers as well as various elements of SFS partitions to the Façade.
Errigal also completed the fit-out of the top floor reception lobby which included SAS system 500 baffles installed between c-profiles along with the drywall partitions to the ground floor meeting rooms and a spectacular 13m high load bearing SFS reception feature wall.
The very challenging 10 month construction programme resulted in many trade-to trade-coordination issues, so an concentrated effort by all contractors to reduce delays and disruption, the main office floors were divided into four separate work zones thus allowing the Kingspan Raised access floor installation to follow seamlessly behind the first fix install of SAS ceiling grid and service tiles.
