The Project
Tapper Interiors were asked to fit out the property in Mayfair which was purely a blockwork shell internally with no existing external glazing.
We initially had to reposition the opening in the floor for the staircase and then followed the fit out works.
We had been on site for ten weeks when the fit out brief and design was changed completely, including the floor finishes, which meant that all datum levels we had been working to had to be changed.
The ongoing changes in the specification continued throughout the project, right up until three weeks before handover, and this brought with it major challenges to the build programme.
Ultimately a state of the art showroom was produced to showcase the new Lotus EV models and this new branding is to be repeated around the globe.
