The Project
We transformed the current warehouse storage area into a multi-purpose demonstration theatre.
A versatile demonstration area designed for use by multiple people. The space will serve both as a sales showcase area and a training environment allowing teams to experience products and solutions in a hands-on setting. Beyond its practical use of supporting live demonstrations, training sessions and client presentations, it has become a space that has bought the whole company together as a social hub, hosting charity events and team activities to help foster connection and boost morale.
Scope of Works
- To carry out the refurbishment works of the existing warehouse and create a new Demo theatre show room.
- Full strip out of existing services including any obsolete equipment.
- New Mezzanine floor to include the following. Ground floor – Break out area, Locker area, Meeting room and toilet block to include female / male toilet. First floor – Break out space, theatre stage seating and training room with a view to the demo area.
- New Demo area will have a full black 600×600 suspended ceiling to help with acoustics and insulation and to contain any services. Dryline system will be installed to all perimeter walls to complete a smooth finished wall.
- New Zone areas to be completed to final design which will include full lighting, flooring, feature walls and MEP works.
- Full HVAC system to be installed as final design and approval.
- 2no speed shutter doors will be installed to existing openings
- New opening to be created for a “shop front” look and infill existing exit or tidy up for additional fire exit.
- 70m of covered walkway to be installed with drainage.
- Full electrical rewire, lighting and data to be installed to final layout.
- Decoration works to be completed throughout
