The Project
Knightsbridge Gardens is a high-end residential project situated in the heart of Knightsbridge. Measom delivered 29 premium quality apartments, 3 cores and 3 stairway areas. We were responsible for the drylining and ceilings throughout. We also constructed the lighting trough details, giving the premium finish. Additionally, Measom delivered recessed curtain track details throughout the apartments and the GRG cornice in all the flats and in the reception area.

There is a series of angled fire rated bulkheads across the project where the internal apartments meet the windows of the heritage façade outside. It was imperative these bulkheads were constructed to a high level of precision to reach the required fire specification and aesthetic requirements. In some of the apartments we had to use additional metal work to support feature doors. Overall, the finish of the works on the K1 project is exceptional and looks incredible.
