The Project

The works consisted of the extension and refurbishment of an existing dealership to convert into a three car dealership, Bentley, Rolls Royce and Aston Martin. The works were undertaken over a 6 month period and included many brand specific details, with the added complexity that the Aston Martin details were not finalised until two months before the end of the project. Works began with dry lining and partitions to separate the three dealerships and create a new larger workshop. Ceilings were mainly MF throughout with various recesses and bulkheads to define each brand. Within the MF ceilings were bespoke metal pan and barrisol style ceilings. The glass partitions varied from dealership to dealership with differing manifestations, framework and styles of doors. Joinery consisted of doors of varying sizes and fire ratings with some bespoke frames to hide hinges. The skirting ranged from painted plant on MDF to recessed stainless steel finish. Various tea points/breakout areas and IPS completed the joinery. Hygienic cladding was fitted to various areas.
