Horlicks Development, Slough
The Project
RPN undertook the drylining, SFS and screeding works converting the old Horlicks factory into 161 luxury units including a residence cinema, gym and nursery. The factory was built in three phases 1908, 1929 & 1939 which added to the complexity of build. Incorporated within the contract was the installation of SFS in a 5 storey atrium which included boxing of roof purlings in Hardie Panel.
