The Project
CAT A refurbishment of four floors in the prestigious 4 Harbour Exchange, Canary Wharf. The multiple floors of the building, owned by Clearbell Capital, are undergoing a series of renovations to improve aesthetic, functionality, and crucially EPC rating.
Work included new high specification WC facilities and the replacement of existing office ceiling and lighting systems, new flooring finishes, and general redecoration.
The reception area included a redesigned staircase and DDA glass lift area, and a complete re-design of the existing external entrance included the use of new granite paviour’s.
