The Project
We at Stewart interiors where tasked with the supply and install of all partitions( British gypsum), suspended ceilings (Ecophon connect) and bulkhead details, we set up on site late December 2022, setting out partition lines and erecting partitions to a first fix completion all to British gypsum spec while working alongside mechanical and electrical trades over a 4 week period, we then moved on to second fix works through a sequence of sign off areas ensuring each area was signed off before being completely closed in, this was done over a period of a further 3-4 weeks allowing Ames taping and decoration to fall in behind us, giving us the opportunity to commence then again behind these works follow on to the suspended ceiling works consisting of Ecophon connect grid and Tegular tile system and British gypsum m/f systems and take the project to completion over a period of around 14 weeks delivering our services on time and adhering to project programs and deadlines.
Scope of Works
This project was completed all while the school itself was still live and operational, although the working site was segregated from the live areas we had to adhere to noise levels during certain times daily and work around delivery of materials and loading, while keeping a safe environment for pupils and staff and also members of the public.
