Scope of Works
- The Works comprised the design, detailing, manufacture, supply, testing and installation of glazed partitioning systems. Key elements included:
- Single and double-glazed partitioning systems
- Heat-soaked toughened and acoustic laminated glass
- Aluminium powder-coated framing
- Bespoke manifestation graphics
- Acoustic sealing and insulation
- Head deflection and base detail integration
- Performance testing and certification (acoustic ratings, EPDs)
- Provision of samples, mock-ups and prototypes
- Ongoing protection, snagging and phased handover
- All works were completed in accordance with project specifications, relevant standards and statutory requirements.
- Subcontractor is to confirm the embodied carbon of there materials both during the preconstruction, during construction and on completion including providing any necessary certification of embodied carbon to complies with the Employer Requirements
