Dreadnought Building, London

The Project

AT Jones amongst other Willmott Dixon supply chain partners teamed up with Willmott Dixon Construction to complete works at the Dreadnought Building, University of Greenwich. This included refurbishing existing elements of the building as well as a new build element to the centre of the project which involved AT Jones installing £200,000 Hunter Douglas ceiling and wall linings.
The high-level works had to interact with other details including skylights, timber beams and lighting effects as well as the change from horizontal to vertical installation. AT Jones and Hunter Douglas worked closely together to overcome these challenges and alterations to design to deliver a spectacular finish that is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all those involved.
The showpiece atrium will be an inspiration to all the students and staff in the Dreadnought Building and AT Jones are proud to be a part of the future of the University of Greenwich through the works we have collaborated in.
