The Project
OCL Drylining Limited were contracted by Higgins Partnerships to carry out the design, supply and installation of the screed, drywall, SFS and cladding packages at Chippenham Gardens.
The Chippenham Gardens development comprises 52 new homes, 22 of which are for existing secure tenants of South Kilburn for affordable social rent. This car-free development comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments with private balconies and winter gardens.
The scheme forms part of the South Kilburn regeneration programme that’s currently transforming the area. The award winning regeneration, led by Brent Council, is creating 2,400 high quality homes, of which at lease 1,400 will be for existing secure council tenants and households in temporary accommodation.
