The Project
Refurbishment of Ground floor office space to create a modern vibrant office space for leading cosmetics brand Future Beauty Labs. The design was created by GFiveThree Architects in conjunction with the client to bring a modern and vibrant feel creating an inviting and comfortable workspace.
Works began with the strip out of staircase connecting the ground floor and 1st floor office plates and infill of structural floor between the floor plates. All connected M&E installations between the floors had to be separated such as data, power, lighting & heating controls.
Once the separation was complete the strip out of existing installation commenced including the removal of office partitions, glazed screens, kitchen installation, floor coverings, data, lighting etc. Specific installation such as the folding partition, kitchen units and doors were carefully removed and set aside for reuse in the new refurbishment to both reduce both environmental impact and costs.
