The Project
Refurbishment of 4th floor office space and reception to create a Grade A office space that is ready to go. The design was created by G53 Architects in conjunction with the client to bring a modern and vibrant feel creating an inviting and comfortable workspace.
Works began with the strip out of existing office installation back to a base build. We then worked on creating a modern office environment with boardroom, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, breakout area’s, staff welfare and relaxation spaces.
This was achieved using a mixture of Acoustic partitions, Glass screens, Bespoke joinery, Feature Ceiling Rafts, Soft and Vinyl Flooring, Soft Furnishings, Quality office furniture, which was integrated together with bespoke and feature lighting to create unique office experience providing both functional and collaborative space to allow a productive working experience.
All this provides a top class EPC Grade A office space in the former head quarters of whiskey giant White & Mackey located in a well connected area of Glasgow which is well catered for by transport links and public transport.
