Strip out existing finishes to 3rd and 4th floors and common areas to all floors , refurbish common areas and wcs , form new offices to 3rd and 4th floors cat A and B works , form new wcs 4th floor suite , complete new M & E installation , partitioning , flooring , built in furniture , flooring , decorations. Replacement windows carried out to full building and cleaning to brick and stonework , balcony fit out for smoking / rest area.
