The Project
Refurbishment of 12 commercial units to provide modern, flexible office accommodation in the heart of the London Bridge area.
The complete CAT A fit-out and refurbishment included all M&E services and finishes to tea-points, toilets, service corridors, first floor and mezzanine areas.
Pexhurst worked closely with the client and its professional team to ensure all works and finishes matched the specific design intent required of the Workspace brand.
Some of the projects interesting features included the installation of bespoke metal staircases and balustrading to the architects’ design.
Finishes of a specialist nature included Oak floors, exposed M&E services and finished concrete walls and columns. Silestone worktops and Black Zip taps were installed to complement the Workspace brand environment further.
