The Project
A 75,000 sq ft design and build-fit out to create flexible, multi-tenancy office space for Storey a leading provider of working environments. Continuing its association with British Land/Storey, Race Interiors completed the two floors of co-working areas, meeting room facilities and breakout space. The bespoke joinery installations included tea point, stone island units, phone booths, fabric wall panelling and portal doors.
Together with its specialist subcontractors it designed a partitioning and bespoke ceiling system supported by carefully designed services installation to ensure maximum flexibility for incoming tenants. New services included full low-level small power installation and fan coil units providing heating and cooling. All new lighting to the co-working and breakout space and feature lighting to the meeting rooms.
