Professional Apprentice of the Year nomination form

The Professional Apprentice of the Year recognises and rewards the achievements of exceptional apprentices undertaking a professional apprenticeship at intermediate, advanced, higher or degree level (eg Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Site Supervision).

Nominees need to have been working in the industry for at least 12 months, and must have undertaken the relevant apprenticeship within the last two years.

Judges will be looking for nominees that have demonstrated the criteria for each award. Please complete the sections below in support of your nomination and why you think they should win.
