More on how FIS is delivering quality in the new normalFIS actively promotes good practice in the interiors sector to enable clients to achieve the high quality projects to which they aspire. Part of our mission is to raise, maintain and ensure continuity of standards and to be a source of quality membership, giving specifiers peace of mind that the FIS member they engage will provide excellent service and results. All FIS members are vetted upon application and then every three years, in the case of contractor members this includes an on-site assessment, in addition to a a detailed documentary review. Our focus on quality is built around the FIS Product Process People (PPP) Quality Framework – this framework is supported by a growing range of tools, guides and template resources.
Finding reliable specialist contacts and information can be tricky in our industry, but a call to the technical team at FIS provided me with the specialist guidance I was looking for and a qualified list of vetted members who could help too
FIS members are:
- Regularly audited and compliant with the FIS Code of Conduct.
- Clients are reassured that FIS Members are up-to-speed on key issues affecting them, focused on quality and adhere to the FIS Code of Conduct.
- Supported through the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) tender process.
- Have access to Risk Management Tools that help to identify and manage key project and business risks
