Best Practice: Commercial Management and Dispute Avoidance
This e-learning offers a practical course for contractors and subcontractors, focused on improving commercial management through a focus on payment, risk, variations and dispute avoidance. The course is packed with advice accumulated from a raft of industry experts and is targeted at owners, commercial manages and those that wish to get a grounding in contractual processes to help improve their understanding and tighten processes within their business.
The course is based on the Best Practice Guide originally produced by the Construction Industry Collective Voice (CICV) in Scotland, with the support of FIS.
