The Project
This fit-out project encompasses the fit out of 278 apartments within the Bristol Street Boulevard development, alongside the creation of communal facilities, including a reception area and gymnasium. The design reflects modern living standards while prioritising functionality, aesthetics, and resident comfort.
Each apartment has high-quality finishes, including contemporary kitchens with integrated appliances, stylish bathrooms, and open-plan living spaces designed for optimal light and flow. Sustainable materials have been prioritised to enhance energy efficiency with a minimum EPC rating of B.
The reception area has been designed to provide a welcoming atmosphere, featuring a modern aesthetic with comfortable seating, concierge desk, and secure access points. The design has incorporated branding elements that reflect the identity of Bristol Street Boulevard.
The gym has been equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment, flexible workout spaces, and areas for group classes. The design was to promote an active lifestyle, with natural light and ventilation enhancing the overall experience.
This fit-out has created a cohesive living environment that fosters community engagement while providing residents with the amenities and comforts of modern urban living.
