Feeder Road, Bristol
The Project
Feeder Road Unite Students Accommodation is a major new student living development in the heart of Bristol’s rapidly redeveloping Temple Quarter, just a short walk from Temple Meads Station. The scheme provides 596 student bedrooms across a 5-storey block and adjoining buildings rising to 7, 8, and 14 storeys, creating a striking addition to the city’s skyline.
Designed to offer more than just accommodation, the development includes high-quality communal amenities such as dedicated study spaces, a roof terrace, a fully equipped gym, and secure cycle storage.
Our scope of works comprised the installation of all internal partitions, wall linings, and MF and LIG ceilings, together with full tape-and-joint finishing. The works were delivered to a high standard of quality and finish, ensuring durability and comfort for future residents.
The project presented significant challenges, including a fast-track programme and complex logistics associated with the tight city-centre site. Careful coordination with multiple trades was essential to maintain progress and meet programme deadlines.
This landmark project forms part of the wider regeneration of the area, delivering modern, purpose-built student accommodation that supports the growth of Bristol’s higher education sector while enhancing the local urban environment.
