The Project

The Pressworks development is a unique fusion of historic architecture and cutting-edge design, combining beautifully restored listed buildings with newly constructed, state-of-the-art residences. Located in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter, this project seamlessly integrates the area’s architectural heritage with modern construction techniques, creating a living environment that is both timeless and contemporary.
The listed buildings within the Pressworks have been meticulously preserved and adapted, retaining original features like exposed brickwork and timber, large industrial windows, and high ceilings that speak to the Quarter’s rich history in manufacturing and craftsmanship. These structures maintain the unique character and charm of the area, offering residents a sense of heritage and individuality that’s rare in modern developments.
