Student of the Year nomination form

The Student of the Year recognises and rewards the achievements of exceptional individuals training in plastering and interior trades. There are two awards, one for plastering and one for interior trades.

Nominees do not need to be employed, but must have undertaken training within plastering and interior trades (see trade list below) in the last two years.

Judges will be looking for nominees that have demonstrated the criteria for each award. Please complete the sections below in support of your nomination and why you think they should win.
Commitment to personal development and progression through skills and learning (include achievements through the training period, give an example of how the individual has developed)
Performance in practical work
Personal qualities that make the individual stand out from others (could include behaviours, accuracy, time keeping, productivity, self-management and ambition)
Perseverance to succeed in spite of personal difficulties (could include an example of the student's approach to learning, motivation and/or determination to succeed)
Why you think they should win
