Responsibilities

The experience to produce, execute and maintain a highly effective sales & marketing strategy specifically targeting end-users and not main-contractor opportunities.

The expertise to understand workplace environments and work with a wider team to produce well-considered project proposals that win.

The ability to generate successful results, nurture relationships (internally & externally), and effectively lead a growing team.

Beyond these we will work together to continue your development, professionally and personally.

Person Specification

Experience within the fit-out industry
Previous new business sales experience
Ability to lead and grow a team
Effective execution of a sales and marketing strategy
