Simon Patterson

Simon has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial fit out sector within London and has led the JLL PDS CM Occupier team for 8 years. He is passionate about delivery and uses his experience and knowledge to maximise procurement opportunities and develop solutions to meet client needs.  

Simon is responsible for preparing and delivering the commercial strategy for  projects using that experience to deliver the best possible commercial outcome. He focuses on benchmarking and market intel to enable the correct budget framework to be set and drives project teams to deliver the optimum solution based on key project objectives.
