Amanda Scott, FIS’ Skills Team Project Manager presented the FIS Skills Programme:
Its aims and objectives; details of CourseSight; training provision for FIS members; involvement with the BuildBack and Building Heroes projects and how to take advantage of the opportunities.
David Frise, FIS CEO advised members of the possible impact of Brexit on our sector in Britain and the time bombs threatening our workforce. This was followed by an interactive discussion of members’ views and opinions.
